The handover
Four to six weeks out, everything you have built moves across to us. Vendor contacts, run sheets, floor plans, the small promises made months ago that nobody wrote down.
We confirm every supplier, build the timeline the day will actually run to, and tell you what is still outstanding while there is time to fix it.
The rehearsal
We walk the ceremony with your wedding party so nobody is guessing on the day. Where to stand, when to move, who is holding what.
It is the difference between a ceremony that flows and one that stalls while everyone looks at each other.
The day itself
We are first on site and last to leave. Vendors are directed to us, not to you. Problems are solved quietly, usually before you would have noticed them.

We specialise in couples who have planned their own wedding. Your plans are good. They just need someone to carry them, so you are not the one answering questions in your wedding dress.
